Refund Policy

At Family Lawn Services, we are committed to providing high-quality lawn care and landscaping services. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to ensure every client is happy with the results. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued and the process for requesting one.

1. Service Satisfaction Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied with the quality of our service, please contact us within 48 hours of the service completion.

  • We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include redoing the service at no additional cost.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • If a service was not performed as agreed in the service contract or quote.

  • If the service was canceled by Family Lawn Services and no alternative date was provided.

  • If payment was made in error or for services not rendered.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Dissatisfaction arising from factors outside of our control, such as weather conditions or pre-existing property issues.

  • Cancellation of services by the client without providing the required 24-hour notice (refer to our Cancellation Policy).

  • Any services completed after 48 hours 

3. Cancellation and Refund Process

  • Client-Initiated Cancellations:

    • If you cancel a service with at least 24 hours’ notice, you may be eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future service.

    • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ noticemay incur a cancellation fee.

  • Refund Request Process:

    • To request a refund, please contact us at 800-460-9158 or email us at info@familylawnservices.com.

    • Include your name, contact information, service date, and the reason for your refund request.

    • Refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days, and eligible refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.

4. Payment Method for Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

  • For credit card payments, please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank’s processing times.

5. Non-Refundable Services

Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Partial completion of services due to client-requested interruptions.

  • Services that were fully completed as per the agreed-upon scope.
